Shipping – Shipping of the Medway Corporation handicapped bathroom supplies will be handled via UPS ground or comparable. Our high Toilet Riser™ orders are normally processed within 24 hours on business days unless unforeseen events beyond Medway Corporation’s control prevent us from doing so. This is our typical policy and should not be construed as a guarantee and is not applicable for large or special orders of raised toilet seats and handicapped bathroom supplies.

FURTHER SHIPPING INFORMATION

Our primary carrier for our raised toilet seats is UPS, who will ship to virtually any home or business address in the world. Regular ground delivery of our raised toilet seats takes 2-5 business days. If the handicapped bathroom supplies are being shipped to a P.O. Box, then it may take an additional 2-3 days to arrive.

The shipping costs for Medway Corporation’s raised toilet seats are calculated by the weight of the package, the final destination, and the handling fee. Shipping costs are automatically calculated for each handicapped bathroom riser that added to your shopping cart, so you will always know your shipping costs for your raised toilet seats order before you decide to place your final order.

You will receive an e-mail from the Medway Corporation Online Store with receipt for your auto lift toilet seat order, and a second that notifies you when your raised toilet seats order has been shipped.

An order with multiple high toilets supplies may be subject to backorders; if this is the case, you’ll be able to choose whether you’d prefer to hold the entire order and ship all raised toilet seats at once, or have Medway Corporation ship the raised toilet seats that are on hand and deliver the rest later. Please note that if you choose to have the raised toilet seats shipped separately, you will be billed for two (2) separate shipping costs.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS

Our International orders for auto lift toilet seat accessories are shipped via USPS Parcel Post and Express Mail and ship out every weekday afternoon. Please allow 4-7 business weeks for delivery. To maintain the integrity of our International shipping agreements, all international sales or our raised toilet seats are final - except in the case of a defective item.

REMINDER:

Taxes and duties may apply to your high toilets order per your Country's Customs practices. We cannot calculate nor estimate these charges and they are the responsibility of the purchaser to determine.

NOTE:

Sorry, but we are unable to ship our auto lift toilet seat merchandise to the following countries: Bulgaria, Cuba, India, Indonesia, Iran, Iraq, Libya, Mongolia, North Korea, Rwanda, Serbia and Somalia. Medway Corporation reserves the right to refuse shipments of our handicapped bathroom supplies to any countries not listed.

SHIPMENT TIMES, EXCLUSIONS

Orders for in-stock handicapped bathroom items placed prior to 10:00 a.m. will ship the same day (excluding Saturdays & Sundays). Orders for raised toilet seats placed after 10:00 a.m. will ship the following business day, excluding holidays.

When placing an order for our products for high toilets, please consider the holidays and note that an extra day or two may need to be added to your delivery date.
